You MUST contact us before you return any items. Please do not order parts that you do not intend to keep. Exchanges or credits will not be allowed later than 30 days after purchase, unless otherwise expressed. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds for shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Through UPS, we offer Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. If you would like to inquire about USPS (United States Postal Service) methods for our smaller parts or international shipments, please call us to place your order.

Core Policies
Fuel Injectors - Cores must be returned within 30 Days of receipt to receive a full core refund. After the first 30 days, the amount will decrease 10% every additional 30 day period. Cores must be in useable condition. Any cracked nozzle or injector body is unusable and will be subject to a charge. If you purchase Cummins fuel injectors, you must send back Cummins fuel injector cores. Sending back an incorrect application will result in not refunding your core deposit.

VP44 Injection Pumps
– Cores must be returned within 30 Days of receipt. After the first 30 days, the amount will decrease 10% every additional 30 day period. If ordering a VP44 injection pump, please specify whether or not your vehicle has performance items on it. Injection pumps ran on Bio-Diesel or vegetable oil must be inspected & tested prior to issuing core refund/ credit. VP44 injection pump cores that are received with broken plug connector on PSG (electronic controller) will be subject to chargeback regardless if it was damaged in shipping or not! Please package your core properly to avoid un-necessary chargeback fees. If the engine quit running and does not start, the pump may be seized. To check this, simply spin the shaft on the pump. If it moves freely, then the pump is not seized. If you are unable to move the shaft, the pump is seized, resulting in a $325.00 deduction from your core charge.

Cores with severe water damage or severe acidic damage from vegetable oil fuel, etc. may not receive full core credit.
Cores must be returned COMPLETE. Damaged, Disassembled cores OR missing parts (thrust buttons, valves, nuts, actuators, etc.) will be charged for.
Verify that pump numbers are the same
Swap over necessary fittings or linkages
Drain all fuel/oil from pump (if core leaks it could be held up in hazmat by delivery service).
Double bag core for shipment
Use sufficient packaging to prevent impact damage during shipping. We suggest some form of bubble wrap, as this has proven to keep the pumps safe during shipping.

Torque Converters and Valve Bodies - Cores must be returned within 60 Days of receipt to receive a full core refund. After the first 60 days, the amount will decrease 10% every additional 30 day period. If core is not received after 6 months, no core deposit will be refunded. You must send back the correct cores. If you purchase a Dodge product, you must send back a Dodge product. Sending back an incorrect application will result in not refunding your core deposit.

Warranties
If you purchase a product that is covered by a manufacturer warranty and that product becomes defective or becomes damaged, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange for repair or replacement.
